Behind the lens.......

What I love most about photography is capturing that moment that not only shows you what life looks like in its physical form but, to capture an image that is the embodiment of emotion.

I love shooting in natural light; catching my subject in the act.....in the most candid of moments. These moments, frozen in time, are the ones that tell a story; that shows the world who you really are.

​When I am not behind my camera, I am a wife, a mother, a nursing student, an advocate for animals, a veteran, a friend, a daughter.....

I enjoy reading, people watching, hiking, cold, wet weather,  and a good cup of coffee.

I love wholeheartedly and hold my husband and children closest to my heart. Our family has expanded over the years, by four, with the adoption(s) of our dog(s), in which we love to no end. We love hard, laugh even harder and live life to the fullest. We are an absolute [beautiful] mess, at times. But, it's my [beautiful] mess and it's what make my world go 'round.
